Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your balayage appointment at John Salon, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
We appreciate your consideration of our hairdressers' schedules and understand that emergencies happen. By providing us with advanced notice, you allow us to accommodate other hair salon clients who may need last-minute services or be on a waiting list.
